Adits helps you edit and transform files — PDFs, images, and documents — by describing what you want changed. This page explains what information we collect when you use Adits, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you create an account, we store an email address and any identity information you provide through our authentication provider (Clerk). When you use Adits, we also store:

• The files you upload and the files Adits produces in response
• The prompts and operations you apply to those files
• Basic project metadata (names, timestamps, settings)

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your files or prompts to train models.

Third parties

Adits uses a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Clerk — authentication and account management
• Rebyte — runs the AI agents that edit your files
• Google Cloud — hosting, database, and file storage
• Google Analytics — traffic measurement on the marketing homepage only; not used inside the app

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they receive.

Cookies

Adits uses cookies that Clerk sets to keep you signed in. The marketing homepage uses Google Analytics cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Files and projects you create are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete a project, its files are removed from our systems. If you want to delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove all associated data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us at the address below.
